Job Description:
1.Contribute to achieve BU FAP established sales and profit goals.
Support distributor partners
Contact key accounts directly
Develop relationships with key industry opinion leaders
2.Define advertising objectives, recommend choice of media, and allocate internal and external resources so that advertising and promotion campaigns are effective, economical, and appropriate for their intended audience.
3.Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities, adapt marketing strategy and planning for the changeable market and competition.
4.Liaise with other functional (particularly in sales, customer service, production, research and development) to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other departments and align with the overall corporate objectives.
5. Develop and implement marketing plans, roll out campaigns for the organization’s products (particularly countrywide large-scale activities such as seminars and KA forums) in order to meet established sales or market share target.

Requirements：
1.Education/Experience: Master degree or Doctor degree, majored in animal science, 0-3 years working experience in relative function.
2.Specific knowledge & skills: good marketing knowledge, technical background and good English skill.
3.Good skill in communication – must be able to visit and discuss with clients and must be able to discuss with MD and foreign clients
Regulatory Affairs Manager
Reports to: Global Regulatory Affairs Manager
Based in: Beijing
Job Purpose Summary
Product registrations and renewals for East Asian (EA) Region. Primary focus on China.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular contacts with Regulatory Authorities and regulatory consultants for the follow-up of dossiers, documentation or queries, related to veterinary topical products and hard surface detergents/disinfectants.
- Follow up on legislation and regulations within all EA countries.
- Review and approve product labelling, new and at every update.
- Review/ approve production documentation, i.e. formula, raw material monographs, test methods, etc. particularly pertaining to product registration dossiers.
- Review clinical trial protocol and final reports.
- Technical writer in other regulatory compliance documents.
- Research of chemical compounds for R&D project development.
- Support the R&D team providing information on new guidelines and on new raw materials allowance in EA countries.
- Participate in project teams.
- Participation in professional and scientific organizations, industry conferences, and training.
- Assist with review of departmental invoices and payment requests.
- Occasional national and international travel assignments.
- Previous registration experience and knowledge of national and international GMP/GLP Guidelines is preferred.
- Previous experience and knowledge of requirements for products registrations in designated countries (hygiene, feed additive and veterinary products).
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Minimal University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Veterinary sciences or equivalent.
- Min. of 2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs (registrations).
- Knowledge of international regulatory requirements for detergents, sanitizers, veterinary drugs and feed additives. Knowledge of dairy production, in-vitro testing and clinical trials is an asset.
- Languages (spoken and written): English, Chinese.
- Very good communication skills (verbal/written) and computer literate.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Researcher/Consultant
Reports to: Senior Researcher Manager
Based in: Beijing
Job Purpose Summary
Under the direction of the Senior Market Researcher and together with the market research team undertake work carrying out various interesting and exciting agribusiness related research topics. You will need to be competent at searching out and reporting information in the public domain and also confident enough to undertake primary research through either telephone or face-to-face interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake research (both secondary and primary)
- Assist in the research and production of specific reports and projects as directed
- Gather data on industry players, prices, sales, and method of distribution for inclusion in reports
- Collect and monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature
- Assist in the report production of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating findings into written reports.
