China total feed production still large but down on 2012 volumes

In 2013 China produced 191 MMT - showing a decrease of 1.5% from 2012, recorded at 194 MMT.
The outbreak of H9N7 resulted in sharp demand of poultry feed in 2013, which impacted the total production of the feed in 2013.
As we can see, the H9N7 also impact sales volume of major feed companies, whose pouty feed represents a significant share, such as New hope(Liuhe)
