The price of raw shrimp increasing

The price of raw shrimp in the Mekong Delta continues to rise starting from 2 months ago.

The price of black tiger shrimp has reached around VND 270,000-300,000 per kilogram (20-30 shrimp per kilogram) which signifies a VND 20,000-40,000 per kilogram increase compared to mid-September.

Additionally, the price of whiteleg shrimp has reached VND 170,000-185,000 per kilogram (50-60 shrimp per kilogram), a VND 5,000-10,000 per kilogram increase compared to last week and a VND 40,000-50,000 per kilogram increase compared to mid-September.
