Looking forward to increasing price of shrimp
The price of black tiger shrimp increased by VND15, 000-20,000 per kilogram and the price of white leg shrimp increased by VND20, 000-30,000 per kilogram compared to the mid-October in Soc Trang province, Vietnam.
According to Soc Trang province’s Center of The Agricultural Extension, the area of shrimp farm is expected to increase by 5,000 hectare and the production will increase to 100,000 tonne per harvest in 2014, this year that only estimated at 68,000 tonne per harvest.
