The price of eggs in a steep decline
Currently, the prices of ten eggs (not canned) are VND 13,500-14,000, a VND 2,000 reduction from the beginning of October. Egg production has increased nearly 30% from the middle of the year. The price of poultry has also reduced VND 2,000 per kg, to a price of VND 27,000 per kg. In the market, however, the price of eggs and poultry are two times higher than the price of eggs in the farm. Forecasting, the price of eggs will continuously decline in the remaining months of the year.
